The J&S Inks SOHT series is a very opaque ink that is formulated to give the appearance of a direct print. These inks exhibit outstanding opacity even when printed on dark fabrics without a white underlay. SOHT inks are excellent on press and have been formulated to provide major improvements on printability over competitive inks.

J&S INKS SOHT SERIES Non-phthalate Super Opaque Transfer Inks
Substrates: Recommended for 100% Cotton, Cotton/Blends Mesh: 86 – 280 Monofilaments Gel Temp. 200° – 215°F These temperatures will partially cure the ink film. It is important to stay within this range and test. The gel temperature is CRITICAL. Too low of a temperature will result in a transfer with little tensile strength. Too high of a temperature will negatively affect the split of the final transfer.
Fusion: 365° - 380°F 8-12 seconds with 50 psi
