400FF High Stretch White

400LB Series is a low bleed, phthalate-free white ink formulated to have high-opacity, high-elongation and excellent bleed-resistance when direct printed onto high-stretch fabrics such as Lycra and Spandex or any of the latest 100% polyester performance-wear fabrics.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

Low-bleed and high-opacity formula easily covers dark backgrounds and fights dye migration on 100% polyester dark garments.
High-elongation formula produces prints that when fully cured will not crack when printed on Lycra or Spandex.
Contains no bleaching agents that will react with dye in garment.
Completely phthalate-free and lead-free formulation complies with all standards of Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) banning phthalates and heavy metals in textile-printing inks.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

Gel Temperature: Ink will gel on surface at 240° F (116° C).

Curing: Ink film will fully cure when the entire ink film reaches 320° F (160° C.) and held at this temperature for at least 15 seconds.

Mesh: For direct printing a 80-125/inch (32T-48Tcm) may be used. For printing heat transfers an 80-125/inch (32T-50T cm) provides excellent results.

Stencil: Any stencil compatible with plastisol inks may be used.

Modification: Because plastisol inks are thixotropic and can body up during storage always stir ink thoroughly prior to print or adding reducers. If necessary 501PF Curable Reducer may be added increase printability of ink and to help clean from the screen. CAUTION: Adding too much 501PF Curable Reducer will reduce opacity and reduce bleed resistance.

Squeegee: 70 durometer or 90/70/90 triple durometer blades are recommended.

Printing Technique: A print/flash print technique may be necessary to produce desired results.
