960PF Series Hot-Peel transfer inks have been formulated to produce high-opacity transfers when the ink is used in combination with coated transfer papers. Because the coating on the paper releases the entire ink film is transferred to the garment. Prints will be very opaque while still maintaining a soft feel on the garment. All 960PF Series inks contain a built-in powder to ensure adhesion and durability of the transferred print. Available in over 30 standard colours, 8 fluorescent colours, a ready-for-use colour mixing system as well as a base and pigment colour mixing system. The 960PF Series is also available in 19 special-effects inks ranging from glitters, metallics and glow in the dark.

960 HOT PEEL WHITE

  • Gel Temperature: Ink will gel on surface at 240° F (116° C).
    Transfer Temperature:  Transfer with medium pressure at 375° F-400° F (191° C to 204° C for 5 to 12 seconds.
Papers: Any coated paper designed to be used with hot-peel transfer inks.  Always pre-shrink paper by running through oven or putting in a “hot box” prior to running production.  This is especially important to ensure accurate registration of multi-color designs. Special-Effects inks require papers designed for metallic inks.
Mesh: Mesh counts between 74–160/inch (30T-64Tcm) may be used and choice of mesh will be dependent upon detail in design and opacity level required..
Stencil: Any emulsion compatible with plastisol inks.
Modification: After thoroughly stirring ink in container , if necessary add a maximum of 5% 501PF Curable Reducer.  Amounts higher than this could reduce opacity and film strength of transferred designs..
Squeegee: 70 durometer or 90/70/90 triple durometer blades are recommended.
Clean-up: Use Enviro Series 2000 Green or Enviro Series TR Blend.
